With the current cricket season in Australia slowly coming to an end, there’s a good chance some people might have gotten injured during a game or are just experiencing some post-game niggles. Below we have discussed three common injuries experienced in cricket.

Common Injuries in AFL and Rugby
Both AFL and rugby are sports which require lots of speeding-up and slowing down, changing direction, and tackling. AFL also involves lots of kicking. Due to the high speed and contact needs of both games, injuries are very common, especially in higher level competitions.
