Natalia Waterson

Administration

Natalia graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from The University of Sydney in 2023 and is an integral part of the YSP team as an administration all-rounder.

She grew up playing netball before switching to AFL and hopes to forge a career in Elite Sports Performance Analysis. In addition to her work with YS, she also works as a Performance Analyst for the NSW Swifts Netball team.

She started interning at YSP towards the end of 2022, and we’ve loved her so much that she is now a permanent part of our cracking administration team!
